This hotel is a great place for exploring Ciudad Juarez. the staff here are very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious, new, and had all the amenities we needed. the location is convenient, especially being close to the USA embassy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. My room was brand-new, immaculately clean, and equipped with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a microwave oven. the breakfast included delicious tortillas.

The hotel is located in a safe area, very close to a shopping plaza, the Las Misiones mall, and consulate. the queen room was brand-new, impeccably clean, and had all basic amenities, which was fabulous. - the breakfast had a lot of options available and was satisfactory.

Overall very nice hotel here!
Clean hotel, amiable and fairly friendly employees at every level and during every shift. Brand-new and exceptionally clean rooms with all basic amenities, food amazing. Magnificent, favourable location in the safe area. Walking distance to shopping centers and various stores across the street.

The breakfast was free and the view from our outstanding room was delightful. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. - the hotel was near to a shopping plaza with different stores and restaurants. - Very central to the mall, consulate, and restaurants. - Plus, it was a maximum of 25 minutes walk to the lake.

The staff were amiable and fairly friendly at all levels and shifts. the room was brand-new, exceptionally clean, and had amenities like climate control, multi-channel TV, and a writing table. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was good, plus they offered free breakfast. It's only a 15-minute drive to the airport.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, from the rooms to the entire place. The location was perfect, with a shopping mall and restaurants within walking distance. It was so convenient to have the US Consulate and ASC nearby, as well as being close to El Paso. The breakfast served every morning was delicious, with fresh options always available. The staff was amazing, very respectful and nice throughout my stay.
